This hunting, fishing and outdoor themed resort is owned and operated by Bass Pro Shops and located on Table Rock Lake, south of Branson, Missouri. I was involved in the design of this development for several years while employed by Bass Pro and continued to work as a consultant for a few years after forming Briggs Architecture. It is here that I came to first appreciate and later love rustic natural architecture. Utilizing materials often in raw form and working directly with artisans provided an experience that set the stage for my later work.
