I first met Don Briggs about 30 years ago when he was working on the creative log and timber interiors of Bass Pro Shops and the fabulous log resort, Big Cedar Lodge near Branson, Missouri. Over the years we have collaborated on several projects and I am constantly impressed with his style, vision, and commitment to the project at hand. Don is attentive, versatile and personable. He listens to the client and interprets their desires. Unlike many architects I've worked with, he designs for his client, not himself. Whether he is designing with timbers or standard construction methods, Don's designs are imaginative, practical and on-target.
