This gated family style resort community is nestled in the rugged, rocky hill country of Okanogan County, Washington. With Lake Chelan and the Methaw Valley just a few minutes away an abundance of recreational activities are at hand. This draws people from Seattle, Spokane and other urban areas for a respite from the hustle and bustle. From the beginning, our firm was involved in the vision and task of creating a precedence of character that would set the tone for subsequent growth. Our design approach was influenced by the site and the architectural heritage of the National Parks. We set the standards with the initial designs for a custom highway sign and gatehouse. These simple structures set the tone for the design of the mountain top lodge and later cabins and homes that followed.
